Parkside Gables, owned and managed by Connecticut Housing Partners, is a 69-unit townhouse community on West Main Street in Stamford, Connecticut, providing housing that is affordable for low- to moderate-income families since its opening in 1991. Designed to foster a welcoming, family-oriented environment, the community has earned recognition for both its thoughtful design and resident-focused programs, including a design award from the American Institute of Architects and a Leadership Award from the Connecticut Housing Coalition.
In January 2026, Parkside Gables celebrated the completion of a comprehensive, multi-million-dollar rehabilitation and energy-efficiency upgrade. The renovation modernized every home while improving sustainability, comfort, and long-term affordability.
